Style Week Pittsburgh was founded in 2013 with a mission to help designers and creatives thrive by raising their visibility and fostering a more inclusive environment. Since its inception, SWP has helped to raise the profile of fashion in Pittsburgh and has helped fashion to be recognized as an art form through its programming and signature annual events, which include Fashion Shows, the Style Awards, and a Business of Fashion Brunch.
Style Week Pittsburgh (SWP) events have attracted more than 2,000 attendees, the works of over 150 designers and creatives have been showcased, and 84 creative professionals have been recognized and awarded for their accomplishments.

I created Style Week Pittsburgh after recognizing that fashion designers and creatives throughout the Pittsburgh region lacked visibility, access to opportunities to market, showcase, and sell their products and services, and a platform to find and connect with their audience.
